We are Stratos Cloud, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Infrastructure Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts
- Improve system reliability, performance, and observability
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Lead code reviews and mentor engineers across the team
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
- Identify and address technical debt to keep the codebase healthy
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
