We are Arcadia Tech, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our marketing team is growing and we need a Senior SEO Specialist to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Create and oversee content strategy across all owned channels
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Build and maintain email marketing workflows and automation
- Manage paid advertising budgets across Google Ads and social platforms
- Manage SEO strategy including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Collaborate with design and product teams on go-to-market strategy
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects
- Ability to drive technical decisions with long-term impact
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
