We are JetStreamDev, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our product team is growing and we need a Senior Director of Product to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback and feature requests
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations effectively
- Analyze product metrics and run experiments to drive growth
- Write clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Identify market opportunities through user research and competitive analysis
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
