We are Horizon Stack, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our sales team is growing and we need a Junior Partnership Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Identify customer needs and align solutions to their goals
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets and contribute to team growth
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams
- Develop and deliver compelling product demos to potential clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce

What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
